Good To Go Apple Contest FAQ’s

There is no different between a credit and a vote. They are just two words that say the same thing for the purposes of our contest.

• You receive 3 voting ballots when you sign up. These 3 ballots can only be claimed once.
• You can earn 1 additional voting ballot for every Good To Go apple photo you upload
• You will also receive an additional 2 voting ballots when you share a Good To Go apple photo on Facebook and/or Twitter.

You complete your easy registration by signing in, then go to Upload Your Photo here, select your photo for upload, answer in the simple question, type in the name of your good cause along with a brief explanation why, (have the photo release signed if people other than yourself appear in photo), and then press DONE. Yes, you can upload as many different Good To Go apple photos as you want. There is no limit.

No, you may only register for the contest one time per person. You can however upload as many Good To Go photos as you like.

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won totalling $4,000. From this cash prize, $2,000 will go to you and the other $2,000 to the good cause of your choice.

Secondary Prizes: There are 12 secondary prizes to be awarded of Two (2) Toys R Us $200 gift cards; Eight (8) BC Tree Fruits gift baskets holding a branded t-shirt, calendar, recipe cards and apple produce. Approx. retail value $70 each; Two (2) product giveaways at approximately $20 each.

BC Tree Fruits will contact you via email to notify you that you are a winner. Once you have confirmed acceptance of the prize, and we confirm your photo release is in hand (if people other than yourself appear in the image), BC Tree Fruits will post your name on our website.

The Grand Prize selected entrant will be contacted by email by April 5, 2013. If you do not claim this prize within a 5 business day period, we have the right to select another winner.

A panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor will judge the photos submitted by the ten (10) Finalists on the basis of creativity and originality to select one (1) eligible Registered Apple for the Grand Prize. Odds of a Finalist’s Registered Apple being selected depend on the calibre of the ten (10) eligible Finalists’ photos and on the subjective decisions of the judging panel. Judging will be completed and the Grand Prize selected entrant will be contacted by email by April 5, 2013. Judging is subjective and the decisions of the panel are final.

Although you can register without uploading an apple to vote for your friends and families photo(s), you unfortunately do not qualify to be awarded any prizes. All prizes are only available to those who have uploaded a Good To Go apple image.

Your creative apple will be uploaded basically instantly onto the Contest Website when: you complete your easy registration, select you photo for upload, identify your favourite cause, sign the release and then press DONE.

Take your Good To Go apple photo (you on the go with a BC Tree Fruits apple) and then select it to be uploaded into the photo gallery on the Contest Website. Go to Upload Your Photo on the Contest Website at http://bctfcontest.autoboxdev.com/index.php/mix/create . If you have not registered before uploading your first Good to Go apple, you will be prompted to register.

Log into your Good To Go contest profile and you’ll see how many votes you can put toward the photo(s) of your choice.

You will be able to see the number of votes for your Good To Go apple in the Photo Gallery or in your profile.

You cannot upload a picture directly to the site, however, if you link up your Good To Go apple profile with your Twitter or Facebook account, that profile picture will now appear on the site.
